Role Overview
KingsWay School is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Extra – Curricular Arts. This role will commence in Term 4 2026 or by negotiation. Located on the Hibiscus Coast, KingsWay is a high-achieving, growing state integrated school that nurtures young people towards their full potential as servant leaders in the Kingdom of God.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop extra-curricular arts programs to enhance students' creative and cultural experiences.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and community partners to integrate arts into the broader school curriculum.
- Ensure all extra-curricular activities align with the Christian values of the school.
- Evaluate and improve existing programs based on student engagement and outcomes.

- A proven track record in arts education or a related field, preferably within an educational setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively for extra-curricular programs.
