About This Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Acquisitions to lead our Atlanta, Georgia, Georgia market expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, this role is pivotal in driving growth through strategic acquisitions within the industrial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful deal execution and a passion for building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strategically identify and pursue high-value acquisition opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local property owners, tenants, and brokers
• Lead due diligence processes to ensure accurate valuation and risk assessment of potential acquisitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute acquisitions efficiently and effectively
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy and vision for Bisnow’s Atlanta, Georgia, Georgia market presence

Core Duties

The Director of Acquisitions will be responsible for:

• Identifying, evaluating, and closing high-potential acquisition opportunities in the industrial real estate space
• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of deals through active market engagement and strategic partnerships
• Leading due diligence efforts to ensure thorough analysis and risk management
• Working closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize acquisitions
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the Atlanta, Georgia, Georgia industrial real estate market trends and dynamics

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must:

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial real estate acquisitions with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is preferred
• Have a proven track record of successful deal execution and relationship building
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Show leadership qualities with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
