About the Role
As Director of Innovation, you will spearhead cross-functional initiatives that identify emerging opportunities and translate them into actionable business strategies. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with organizational priorities and emerging market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and commercialize new business models and growth initiatives
- Build compelling business cases and drive investment decisions based on rigorous market and financial analysis
- Partner with key stakeholders across functions to design and execute innovation roadmaps
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, innovation, business development, or related leadership
- Proven track record launching new products, services, or business initiatives in competitive markets
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build robust business cases with clear ROI metrics
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with influence across organizational boundaries
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and project management skills
- Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to solving business challenges
