Our shop runs at high volume across three distinct lanes of work, so your week might move from a hand-built classic restoration to a one-off modern custom build to a straightforward insurance-driven collision repair. We're looking for a craftsperson who genuinely cares about clean panels, tight gaps, and finishes that look effortless. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out classic vehicle restorations, from sheet-metal repair to full panel fabrication and fitment.
- Execute modern custom builds that demand creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Complete standard collision and insurance-based repairs to factory or better standards.
- Perform metal shaping, welding, dent removal, and surface preparation ahead of paint.
- Deliver seamless finishes and consistent quality across every project that leaves the shop.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience as a Body Shop Technician or auto body repair professional.
- Strong metalwork skills, including welding, panel repair, and bodyline restoration.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality, finish-ready results.
- Comfortable working across restoration, custom, and collision projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Mandan, Morton County.
