Director, Cyber Risk Services

Travelers Insurance Company is seeking an accomplished Director, Cyber Risk Services to lead our cyber risk strategy from our Atlanta, Georgia office. In this on-site leadership role, you will shape how a 170-year-old industry leader anticipates, evaluates, and responds to emerging cyber threats.

About the Role

As Director, Cyber Risk Services, you will guide the direction of Travelers' cyber risk function in Atlanta, Georgia. This full-time, in-office position calls for a strategic leader who can blend deep technical understanding with sound business judgment to protect our customers, our communities, and one another — the heart of the Travelers Promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategic vision for cyber risk services across the organization.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize cyber exposures, translating complex risk into clear business guidance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team within a culture built on collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk frameworks, controls, and response capabilities.
• Champion best practices that uphold Travelers' long-standing reputation for stability and trust.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within cyber risk, information security, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of risk assessment methodologies and the evolving threat landscape.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset suited to a team-oriented, innovation-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
