Director, Compliance & Property Management

Join Oracle as Director of Compliance & Property Management in Charleston, Kanawha County, reporting directly to senior leadership. In this full-time role, you'll drive strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Oracle's expanding hyperscale data center property portfolio, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while enabling the company's infrastructure growth across the region.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute property management strategy across land administration, municipal relationships, permitting, and regulatory affairs for the data center portfolio
• Lead compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to environmental regulations, zoning requirements, building codes, and industry standards
• Oversee lease negotiations, contract management, and property documentation to protect Oracle's interests and operational continuity
• Coordinate with local government agencies, environmental bodies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and maintain positive community relations
• Manage environmental assessments, remediation efforts, and ongoing monitoring of data center properties
• Direct property-related risk mitigation and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues
• Build and mentor a team responsible for administrative, legal, and operational aspects of property management
• Report regularly to executive leadership on portfolio performance, compliance status, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in property management, real estate compliance, or facilities governance at scale
• Deep knowledge of federal and West Virginia state environmental, zoning, and municipal regulations
• Proven success managing large commercial or industrial property portfolios and lease obligations
• Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and work effectively with government agencies
• Excellent project management, contract negotiation, and team leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, law, environmental science, or related field
