Digital & Motion Designer

We are seeking a Digital & Motion Designer on the Performance Creative team, who will report to the Director of Creative Operations & Production. You will support the concepting, design, animation, and production of high-performing paid digital creative and client-facing presentations. This role focuses on translating creative strategy into compelling visual assets, developing motion and static creative across multiple platforms, and delivering polished work that drives performance while maintaining brand consistency.

The ideal candidate enjoys the craft and pace of performance creative, taking pride in transforming creative concepts into engaging static and motion assets, designing across channels and formats, and balancing creative storytelling with production excellence. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and energized by creating impactful work in a fast-paced environment, thriving at the intersection of design, motion, and performance marketing. We’re looking for someone who wants to become a trusted creative partner, contributing both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution to elevate our digital campaigns, rather than someone primarily focused on traditional brand, print, or long-form creative work.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $74,000 – $95,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

 

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.
