Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of development projects
• Conduct market research and analysis for new project opportunities
• Support the preparation of feasibility studies and business cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Participate in site visits and inspections as required

Qualifications

To be considered, you must have or be on track to complete a relevant degree such as a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
