Bounteous invites qualified professionals to step into the Senior SAP Hybris Lead role, a remote full-time opportunity open across the United States. You will direct enterprise SAP Commerce work for a major American client while shaping stable, scalable online commerce solutions.

About This Position

As Senior SAP Hybris Lead at Bounteous you will oversee sophisticated development on SAP Commerce platforms, serve as a technical mentor, and protect the reliability and growth potential of the client’s e-commerce systems and product-browse application. The remote full-time arrangement requires coverage of United States business hours plus on-call readiness for priority-one incidents timed to the Arizona zone. Performance is gauged by defect-resolution timelines, code-quality indicators, and contributions to shared knowledge resources.

Core Duties

• Direct root-cause analysis and complete resolution of critical outages and complex order-flow problems.
• Design and deliver hot-fix patches and functional improvements that may total up to one hundred hours each month.
• Examine code submissions, apply rigorous engineering standards, and coach less-experienced developers.
• Partner with the service delivery manager on governance activities and KPI reporting.
• Uphold full compliance with PCI rules, ADA accessibility requirements, and established security controls.
• Contribute to release-planning sessions and change-advisory-board meetings.
• Cross-train colleagues on Hybris capabilities, Java practices, and GraphQL integration techniques.

What You Bring

• Eight or more years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience together with at least two years of technical leadership.
• Mastery of SAP Hybris modules covering payment connectors, order management, cart and checkout, and the promotion engine.
• Strong command of Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, OCC APIs, and SAP ECC or S4 integrations.
• Proven talent for performance tuning and resolving intricate Hybris defects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL for API-driven connections.
• Willingness to observe United States business hours and provide Arizona-timed on-call support for P1 events.
