Department Supervisor

Home Depot seeks an experienced Department Supervisor to join our Lehigh Valley store in Northampton County as a full-time team leader. You'll oversee daily department operations, lead and develop store associates, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

Department Supervisors are the backbone of store operations at Home Depot. In this role, you'll combine hands-on retail leadership with strong product expertise to drive team performance and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with store management to identify operational improvements and merchandising opportunities that align with company goals and customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and coach department associates to build a high-performing team
• Develop team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career growth opportunities
• Ensure products are properly stocked, merchandised, and easy for customers to locate
• Deliver knowledgeable customer service and resolve issues with confidence
• Contribute to operational decisions that enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Monitor departmental sales, inventory, and staffing needs

• Support store initiatives and special projects as needed
