The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Dark Store Picker & Packer in Ator Nagla, Ghaziabad. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in ensuring accurate picking and packing processes, contributing to the smooth operation of our dark store facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately from the inventory for orders
• Packing orders efficiently and ensuring quality standards are met
• Rotational shift work with timings: 6am-3pm, 9pm-6am, 3pm-12am
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Adhering to safety guidelines and following all company policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is advantageous but not mandatory
• Physical fitness, as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
• Bilingual skills (Hindi/English) are preferred but not required
