About the Role

As a Service Advisor with JP Euro Automotive, you are the welcoming voice and trusted guide for every client who walks through our doors or calls in. Working on-site in the Dallas area, you'll bridge the gap between our skilled technicians and the owners of some of the finest European and exotic vehicles on the road, ensuring each visit is smooth, transparent, and built on confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly by phone and in person, setting a positive tone from the very first hello
• Listen to vehicle concerns and translate technical findings into clear, honest recommendations
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and walk clients through proposed service work
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow between customers and the technician team
• Follow up to keep owners informed about status, timing, and next steps
• Build lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal returning clients

Qualifications

• A genuinely upbeat, people-first attitude — you answer the phone with a smile
• Strong communication skills and a knack for explaining things simply
• Interest in or familiarity with European and exotic automobiles
• Comfortable working full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site
• Dependable, organized, and motivated to deliver standout customer service
