About the Role
As a Customer Service Rep at our Springfield location, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our franchise. You'll help customers navigate our menu, process their orders, answer questions, and resolve any concerns that come up. Your role is critical to keeping our operation running smoothly during our busiest hours and making sure every customer leaves satisfied.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Take orders accurately via phone, counter, or online channels
- Process payments using our POS system
- Communicate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle customer concerns and special requests courteously
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment
- Promote current specials and menu items to customers
- Support inventory and store operations as needed
