Customer Experience Representative

In this customer-focused role, you'll process freight orders while building strong relationships with our valued clients, working under routine supervision to exceed customer expectations and operational targets.

Position Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be at the front line of our customer service operations, managing freight orders with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary focus will be executing orders that meet our volume objectives while ensuring every customer interaction reflects J.B. Hunt's commitment to service excellence. You'll work in our Benton County facility, collaborating with a dedicated team to resolve customer inquiries and maintain satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer freight orders accurately and timely to meet established volume goals
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, shipment details, and delivery schedules
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Document customer interactions and order details in company systems
• Support operational efficiency by adhering to procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to complete customer requests

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
