Role Overview

Our fleet comprises newly constructed vessels designed to provide a unique small-ship experience with no more than 200 passengers per vessel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Welcome and introduce guests upon boarding, providing them with an overview of the cruise itinerary and onboard activities.
  • Plan and lead daily events such as lectures, trivia games, and social gatherings to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with crew members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of shipboard operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and address any concerns or issues that arise during the cruise.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and emergency procedures on board.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with guests and crew members.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not mandatory.
