Role Overview

The full-time Credentialed Veterinary Technician position at Bond Vet spans several hospitals throughout the Greater Boston region of Massachusetts, with each application reviewed for the best available clinic fit. You apply the full range of your credentials while receiving support from veterinary assistants, a remote nurse group, and dedicated medical leadership so attention stays on patients and clients. Proprietary systems featuring AI-assisted functions and the Apple Vision Pro reduce administrative demands. Hourly pay ranges $25 to $36 based on experience, with shift differentials reaching an additional $8 per hour, team profit-sharing when clinic revenue goals are surpassed, and a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct patient handling, husbandry, and routine care activities
• Educate pet owners and form collaborative care partnerships
• Furnish surgical and dental nursing support that includes anesthesia management
• Direct diagnostic processes, deliver medications, and perform emergency triage with rapid response
• Document detailed medical records and guide appointments in tandem with assistants
• Coordinate with veterinarians and nurses regionally, join monthly educational sessions, and apply innovative technology that lowers paperwork while improving patient outcomes

Who We're Looking For

• One or more years of experience as a veterinary technician
• Newly licensed technicians are encouraged to apply for this Boston opening
• CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT credential preferred
