Position Summary

The Counterperson at Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is a key role in our retail store. You will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of automotive parts to assist customers with their needs.

Core Duties

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
