Core Duties

• Conducting due diligence and preparing transaction documentation.
• Assisting in the negotiation of deal terms with clients and counterparties.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal team members, and external advisors.
• Contributing to the development of strategic initiatives within the M&A practice.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate or commercial law firm specializing in M&A transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-value transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
