About the Role

As a Cook at this healthcare dining location, you'll be a hands-on member of a team responsible for delivering quality meals in a fast-paced institutional kitchen environment. What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, consistent meal service
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness throughout preparation and holding periods
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory as needed
• Adapt to rotating weekend coverage as part of the regular schedule

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of one year of professional cooking experience in a commercial, institutional, or healthcare kitchen
• Solid working knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Reliable availability for a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a collaborative kitchen team
• Flexibility to work either full time or part time hours depending on availability and business need
