What You'll Do
- Lead contract development, analysis, and administration for assigned programs and task orders
- Conduct detailed contract reviews and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Manage contractor relationships and monitor performance against contract terms and schedules
- Provide contract interpretations and guidance to cross-functional program teams
- Track contract modifications, budget impacts, and financial status reporting
- Ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations and program-specific requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and technical teams to resolve contract issues
- Support proposal evaluation and contract award activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a contracts analyst or contracts manager in a federal contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contract administration practices
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting defense or Navy programs is highly valued
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in contract documentation
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred
