About the Role

As Contracts Management Analyst III / Contracts Lead, you will serve as a senior contract subject matter expert, driving contract planning, negotiation, and administration for complex federal programs. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will balance technical requirements with contractual obligations, ensure program compliance, and support strategic decision-making for high-impact U.S. Navy initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead contract development, analysis, and administration for assigned programs and task orders
  • Conduct detailed contract reviews and recommend risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage contractor relationships and monitor performance against contract terms and schedules
  • Provide contract interpretations and guidance to cross-functional program teams
  • Track contract modifications, budget impacts, and financial status reporting
  • Ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations and program-specific requirements
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and technical teams to resolve contract issues
  • Support proposal evaluation and contract award activities

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a contracts analyst or contracts manager in a federal contracting environment
  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contract administration practices
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting defense or Navy programs is highly valued
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in contract documentation
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred
