The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications in Pretoria, Tshwane. This role is crucial as it involves administering bids and managing procurement contracts across all departments. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with PFMA, Treasury Regulations, procurement regulations, and other applicable legislation.

What You'll Do

• Administer bids and manage procurement contracts in the National Regulator of Compulsory Specifications.
• Provide support to all departments related to bids, contracts, and SLA’s.
• Ensure compliance with PFMA, Treasury Regulations, procurement regulations, and other applicable legislation.
• Implement risk management strategies as they pertain to procurement processes.

What You Bring

• A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field such as Procurement, Business Administration, or similar.
• Proven experience in contract administration and procurement within a regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and procurement regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experienced in risk management and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
