Role Overview
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking information and support regarding their direct investing accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency within the contact center.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and emails from clients regarding their direct investing accounts.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of account details, investment options, and transaction processes.
- Assist clients with account management tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow up with clients on the status of their cases.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a contact center or client service role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with investment products and financial markets is an asset.
