AgHeritage FCS seeks a Lending Services Specialist to join our Little Rock team in Pulaski County. As a full-time member of our lending operations, you'll play a vital role in supporting borrowers and ensuring smooth processing of consumer and commercial loans throughout the lending cycle.
About the Role
This position is central to our lending operations, combining document management, loan preparation, and client support. You'll work closely with our lending team and borrowers to deliver accurate, compliant lending services from initial application through post-closing administration.
What You'll Do
- Process, review, and verify borrower legal documents and loan applications
- Prepare consumer and commercial loan packages according to lending standards
- Support loan closing activities and coordinate post-closing documentation
- Maintain accurate records and databases for all lending transactions
- Assist borrowers with questions about their loans and the lending process
- Ensure all lending activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate loan processing
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in consumer and commercial lending operations
- Knowledge of loan structures, mortgages, and secured lending arrangements
- Familiarity with lending compliance regulations and documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with lending operations systems and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively
