What This Role Involves

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing site operations, supervising work crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the construction sites
• Supervise and coordinate with various trades to ensure project completion
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise on site
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Holds a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
