PwC is seeking a Connected Supply Chain, Planning - Kinaxis, Senior Associate to join our operations consulting practice in Wellston, Saint Louis County. In this full-time role, you will help clients harness Kinaxis planning technology to build more responsive, efficient, and connected supply chains.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate on PwC's operations consulting team, you will partner with clients to strengthen how they plan and run their supply chain operations. Working within our Operations competency, you will assess current-state processes, shape practical strategies, and guide teams through the changes that improve day-to-day operational performance. This position is based in Wellston, Saint Louis County, and involves travel of up to 60% to support client engagements where the work is happening.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate client supply chain and planning needs to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply Kinaxis planning capabilities to design and deliver connected supply chain solutions.
• Develop operational strategies that streamline processes and support measurable improvement.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to client teams throughout each phase of delivery.
• Collaborate with PwC colleagues across the engagement to translate analysis into practical, lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations consulting, supply chain planning, or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis planning solutions and connected supply chain concepts.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs and shape clear operational strategies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across client and project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% in support of client work.
• Availability for full-time employment based in Wellston, Saint Louis County.
