About the Role
As a Line Attendant on the 1st Shift at our Kootenai production facility, you'll be a key part of our manufacturing operations team. Working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, you'll ensure our products are prepared, packaged, and shipped to exacting standards. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our production lines running smoothly and delivering the quality our customers depend on.
What You'll Do
- Package and stack finished products according to established specifications and quality standards
- Organize and prepare raw materials and supplies for production line use
- Monitor product quality and packaging integrity throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all food safety and manufacturing compliance procedures
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training
