About the Role
As a Community Assistant with Tailwind Group, you'll be a friendly, dependable presence at our Lecompton, Georgia community. This is a full-time, in-person position centered on resident support, day-to-day property operations, and contributing to a welcoming environment for the students who call our communities home.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and prospective tenants, answering questions and providing a positive first impression of the community.
- Assist the on-site team with leasing activities, tours, and resident communications.
