About the Role

This full‑time position sits within ENFRA’s project delivery team, where you will coordinate multidisciplinary trades, schedule. You will partnering with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all plumbing and mechanical work meets design specifications, code requirements, and safety standards. You will manage project timelines, monitor budgets, and facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders to keep work progressing smoothly from ground‑breaking to final turnover.

What You'll Do

• Develop detailed project plans, including sequencing, resource allocation, and risk assessments for plumbing and mechanical scopes.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify installation quality, troubleshoot issues, and enforce compliance with local and national codes.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, change orders, and documentation for internal review and client approval.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery logistics, and subcontractor schedules to minimize delays and control costs.
• Lead safety meetings, promote a culture of incident‑zero‑harm environment, and ensure all site personnel follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
