About the Role

As a Commercial Producer, you'll drive new business growth while strengthening existing client relationships. This full-time position combines proactive prospecting with strategic account development, offering real opportunity to impact Colorado's commercial insurance market.

What You'll Do

• Prospect new commercial business through calls, networking, and community partnerships
• Build and cultivate meaningful relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Generate revenue through consistent lead development, qualification, and consultative selling
• Cross-sell additional coverages and services to existing clients
• Develop and leverage referral networks to identify growth opportunities
• Manage client accounts with focus on service excellence and renewal retention
• Coordinate with underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth client transitions
• Track activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
