As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you'll work on diverse business disputes that require sharp analytical skills and practical advocacy experience. This role offers genuine involvement in case strategy, client management, and trial preparation—not rote document review.

What You'll Do

• Manage aspects of commercial cases from initial pleading through discovery and trial
• Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision
• Conduct client interviews and maintain direct communication throughout litigation
• Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and court appearances
• Perform legal research and case analysis on complex business law issues
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy

What We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney with approximately two years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing and legal research capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and case priorities
