About the Role

As a Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator, you'll manage the full lifecycle of drywall projects from initial bid through completion. You'll partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality installations on schedule and within budget. This position balances hands-on estimating with day-to-day project oversight, making you a key contributor to your team's growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop accurate project estimates for commercial drywall work, including metal stud framing, acoustical systems, and specialty installations
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and walkthrough meetings throughout each project phase
• Track material costs, labor hours, and project profitability to optimize performance
• Prepare bids, contracts, and change orders with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications on all jobs

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial drywall project management
• Proven expertise with metal stud framing and acoustical ceiling systems
• Strong estimating skills and ability to calculate material takeoffs accurately
• Detail-oriented approach to project planning and budget management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites regularly
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
