Commercial Assistant Property Manager

Harbor Group Management seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations and financial success of our commercial properties in Philadelphia. This is a full-time position based in Center City West, working directly with our Senior Property Manager to manage lease administration, tenant relations, and property maintenance.

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager in our Commercial division, you'll play a key role in keeping our Philadelphia commercial properties running smoothly. Working from our Center City West office at 1818 Market Street, you'll collaborate closely with the Sr. Property Manager to handle day-to-day operations, financial tracking, and tenant coordination. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in commercial property management while building lasting relationships with tenants and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations across assigned commercial properties
• Assist with lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and tenant communications
• Help coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
• Track and monitor financial performance of assigned properties
• Respond to tenant inquiries and address concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties
• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing property metrics

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or associate degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Customer service mindset with attention to detail
• Reliability and professional demeanor in all interactions
• Willingness to learn commercial real estate operations
