Senior Full Stack Engineer – Conversation Intelligence

Cresta is hiring a remote Senior Full Stack Engineer – Conversation Intelligence to help build the no-code platform behind our post-call AI products. This full-time role is open to candidates across the United States.

About the Role

On Cresta's QM & Coaching team, you'll work on systems that turn raw conversations into structured, actionable intelligence using Large Language Models and modern AI techniques. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll design and scale the no-code platform that lets non-technical users configure conversation workflows and apply automation without writing a single line of code. Spanning everything from polished UIs to dependable backend services, your work will help customers surface value from their conversations quickly. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and AI/ML engineers, and help define how our no-code architecture grows alongside the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end features for Cresta's no-code processing platform.
• Create intuitive UI components and visual editors for configuring conversation logic and workflows.
• Architect backend services and APIs that drive a dynamic, configurable no-code interface.
• Partner with ML engineers to make conversation intelligence accessible and easy to configure.
• Design data models and storage layers across Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the full stack.
• Take part in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous integration.

Qualifications

• Senior-level full stack experience, with strong frontend and backend contributions to no-code or low-code platforms.
• Deep command of modern frontend tooling such as React and TypeScript, plus patterns for building complex UIs.
• Backend proficiency in Python, Go, or similar, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid grounding in databases and data modeling; hands-on Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Track record building tools for non-technical users, ideally in AI/ML, automation, or workflow domains.
• Familiarity with state management, execution logic, or visual programming is a bonus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
