About the Role

This full-time Coach Counselor position focuses on direct youth support and mentorship within a max-security residential program. You'll receive comprehensive training in behavioral intervention, crisis response, and youth development practices. The role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus—$500 at six months and $500 at one year—recognizing your commitment to this meaningful work.

What You'll Do

• Build trusting relationships with youth residents through consistent, empathetic presence and daily engagement
• Deliver behavioral coaching and counseling support grounded in established program protocols
• Facilitate therapeutic activities, recreation, and educational programming that support personal development
• Monitor and document youth behavior, progress, and responses to intervention
• Collaborate with counselors, case managers, and clinical staff to implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain secure, safe conditions through active supervision and protocol adherence in a residential setting

What We're Looking For
