About the Role

As a Clinical Therapist on Miside's School Based Services team, you will deliver professional mental health support and treatment to a diverse population within a public school setting. Embedded as part of a collaborative school team, you will provide psychotherapeutic care to children, adolescents, and their families across selected school sites in the district. This on-site role in Redford, Wayne County, offers significant professional autonomy, giving you the latitude to exercise clinical judgment while coordinating closely with educators and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy to children, youth, and families served through partner schools.
• Function as an integrated member of a multidisciplinary school team to support student well-being.
• Deliver a broad spectrum of treatment and support services tailored to the needs of each consumer.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment while documenting and managing your caseload.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to promote positive outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Clinical training and the appropriate credentials to practice psychotherapy with children, youth, and families.
