About the Role
As a Clinical Scientist in our Research & Development division, you will contribute to the development and refinement of analytical methods that support our product research and quality assurance initiatives. You'll work hands-on with sophisticated laboratory equipment, analyze complex datasets, and help optimize analytical procedures that drive scientific excellence across our organization.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation including HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectrometers
- Design, develop, and validate analytical methods from conception through implementation
- Interpret and evaluate complex analytical data to inform method optimization and refinement
- Document procedures, results, and findings with precision and thoroughness
- Troubleshoot instrumental issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research objectives and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and laboratory analysis
- Proven expertise in analytical method development, optimization, and validation
- Demonstrated proficiency operating HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and similar laboratory equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to scientific accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
