About the Role

As a Clinical Provider with intellect, you'll deliver one-on-one mental health support to clients across Italy (nationwide) (nationwide), primarily through scheduled 60-minute video sessions on our platform. This contract, freelance position lets you set your own working hours, making it an ideal way to complement your existing practice or current position. Local candidates based in Italy (nationwide) (nationwide) are preferred, though applicants from elsewhere may also be considered, and openness to occasional onsite work is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual telehealth or onsite mental health support tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Address a range of clinical concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Partner closely with our internal clinical team, sharing feedback and ideas to strengthen both the program and the platform.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
• A minimum of 300 clinical hours completed after earning your Master's degree.
• Fluency in English alongside your local language.
• Prior experience in EAP work, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial professionals is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite when required is a plus.
