Address a range of clinical concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. Partner closely with our internal clinical team, sharing feedback and ideas to strengthen both the program and the platform. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology. Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT. A minimum of 300 clinical hours completed after earning your Master's degree. Fluency in English alongside your local language. Prior experience in EAP work, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial professionals is an advantage. Willingness to work onsite when required is a plus.
