Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Call Center Representative to support state healthcare programs in Nevada. In this full-time position, you'll handle member inquiries, resolve healthcare-related questions, and contribute to our mission of serving vulnerable populations through technology.
Position Summary
Call Center Representatives at Gainwell answer inbound calls from members, healthcare providers, and partners seeking assistance with their state healthcare benefits. You'll use our systems to research answers, provide accurate information, and document interactions thoroughly. This role requires multitasking skills to manage simultaneous calls, data entry, and system navigation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer and assist inbound callers with healthcare benefit questions and account issues
- Search multiple computer systems to find information and resolve member inquiries quickly
- Record call details accurately in our documentation system
- Balance multiple responsibilities including taking calls, typing notes, and navigating software applications
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and results-focused team culture
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and web browsers such as Chrome or Edge
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Medicaid or insurance background helpful but not essential
- Work authorization in the United States
- Access to stable, high-speed internet connection with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload speeds
- Availability for 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday
