iCapital is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Client Management and Enterprise Coverage, RIAs, to strengthen and grow its enterprise Registered Investment Advisor partnerships from our New York office. This full-time, in-office role sits within the iCapital Wealth Solutions team and centers on deepening trusted relationships with established RIA clients.
About the Role
As Vice President for Client Management and Enterprise Coverage, RIAs at iCapital in New York, you will serve as a primary point of contact for existing enterprise RIA relationships. Your focus is ensuring these clients receive complete, high-quality delivery and execution across iCapital's full suite of solutions, spanning every asset class. This is a relationship-driven position that rewards consultative thinking and a commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and nurture ongoing relationships with established enterprise RIA clients.
- Coordinate the seamless delivery and execution of iCapital's existing product and service offerings across all asset classes.
- Act as a strategic liaison, aligning internal teams to meet each client's evolving needs.
- Identify opportunities to broaden adoption of iCapital solutions within current enterprise accounts.
- Partner with the Wealth Solutions team to uphold a consistently strong client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise or institutional relationships within wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
- Familiarity with Registered Investment Advisors and the broader RIA landscape.
- Working knowledge of investment products across multiple asset classes.
- Excellent communication, account management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time from iCapital's New York location.
