Class A CDL Team Driver – Dedicated – Dry Van

Drive with a purpose at XPO as a Class A CDL Team Driver on dedicated dry van routes based out of Long Pond. If you hold a Class A CDL and have between one and five months of recent driving experience, this full-time team opportunity is built for you.

About the Role

As a Class A CDL Team Driver with XPO, you and your driving partner will operate dedicated dry van routes that connect XPO's own facilities. You'll spend your miles in newer sleeper trucks outfitted with onboard amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, so comfort travels with you on every leg of the trip. Because these are dedicated lanes, you'll enjoy the predictability of consistent freight rather than chasing unfamiliar loads.

Key Responsibilities

• Run dedicated team routes safely and on schedule between XPO facilities.
• Operate dry van equipment in well-equipped, late-model sleeper trucks.
• Coordinate driving and rest shifts effectively with your team partner to keep freight moving.
• Take advantage of XPO's no-touch, in-house freight handling — no loading or unloading at customer sites.
• Plan fuel stops using XPO's broad network of 160 fueling stations to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Between 1 and 5 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Willingness and ability to drive as part of a two-person team.
• Clean, safety-focused driving record and commitment to on-time, professional service.
