Class A CDL Owner Operator – 2yrs EXP Required – OTR – Diamond Transportation

Diamond Transportation is hiring experienced Class A CDL Owner Operators for OTR routes based out of Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota. If you own your truck, hold at least two years of driving experience, and know your way around flatbed freight, this opportunity is built for you.

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) position for independent contractors who run their own trucks. As a Class A CDL Owner Operator with Diamond Transportation, you'll haul specialized freight long-haul while operating under your own authority and equipment. Two or more years of verifiable driving experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate your own truck on OTR lanes, transporting flatbed, step deck, and RGN (removable gooseneck) loads safely and on schedule.
• Properly secure cargo using chains, straps, and other tie-down equipment in line with DOT regulations.
• Load and unload specialized and oversized freight, including farm and heavy equipment.
• Maintain accurate trip and compliance records throughout each haul.
• Keep your equipment road-ready and inspection-compliant.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of two years of professional driving experience.
• Hands-on experience with RGN, flatbed, or step deck trailers.
• Strong working knowledge of chaining, strapping, and load securement.
• Status as an independent contractor or owner operator with your own truck.
