CDL-A Company Driver – OTR

Bison Transport Inc. is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for full-time over-the-road (OTR) positions based in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. Earn $1,350–$1,800 per week with consistent dry van freight and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus when you meet the 6-month experience requirement.

About the Role

As an OTR driver with Bison Transport Inc., you'll operate modern dry van equipment on long-haul routes across North America. What You'll Do

• Drive Class A CDL-licensed commercial vehicles on multi-state OTR routes
• Transport dry van freight loads safely and on schedule
• Maintain detailed logbooks and adhere to DOT Hours of Service regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Coordinate with dispatch on load assignments and delivery status
• Meet delivery commitments while maintaining compliance with federal transportation standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean driving history
• Minimum 6 months verified OTR trucking experience
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
• Self-directed work style suited to independent long-haul operation
• Solid mechanical sense and commitment to pre-trip safety procedures
• Dedication to professional communication and on-time delivery performance
