About the Role
The Precast Erection function will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing precast erection activities in accordance with approved drawings, erection methodology, project specifications, and EHS requirements. The role involves ensuring safe lifting, handling, positioning, alignment, temporary bracing, joint treatment, grouting, and final fixing of precast elements as per the approved procedures.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate precast erection activities in line with project specifications and drawings
- Monitor and ensure safe lifting, handling, positioning, and alignment of precast elements
- Implement temporary bracing and joint treatment to maintain structural integrity during the erection process
- Perform grouting and final fixing operations as per approved methods
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements throughout the precast erection process
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in precast concrete construction and erection methodologies
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and safe work practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with team members and stakeholders
