CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE - CHRISTMAS CASUAL AT SMIGGLE NZ

The Opportunity

Just Group is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals at Smiggle in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a full-time position that requires availability during the festive period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Assist with product displays and stock management to maintain an appealing store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments
• Engage with customers and promote Smiggle products with enthusiasm and passion
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided
• A strong passion for fashion and accessories is necessary
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Bubbly personality and a positive attitude are key attributes
