About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll guide complex client engagements focused on planning optimization and value chain transformation. Working closely with senior executives and operations teams, you'll develop and implement integrated planning approaches that drive margin improvement, enhance asset utilization, and strengthen competitive positioning within the chemicals and downstream energy sectors.
What You'll Do
- Lead value chain optimization initiatives for chemicals and downstream oil and gas clients
- Design and execute integrated planning transformations aligned with client strategic objectives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify operational performance improvement opportunities
- Develop data-driven strategies that enhance planning effectiveness and drive financial results
- Manage and mentor consulting teams delivering client solutions and managing stakeholder relationships
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations planning, supply chain, or strategy consulting—particularly in chemicals, energy, or manufacturing industries
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with data analysis and business modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Experience with planning systems, supply chain tools, or operational transformation initiatives preferred
