Key Responsibilities

• Apply and enforce workplace safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the packaging area.

• Prepare concise daily or shift reports covering production results, incidents and action points for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising packaging or production teams in an industrial setting.
• Solid understanding of packaging processes, line equipment and basic manufacturing quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead shift or sector teams while managing priorities under operational pressure.
• Competence in problem-solving methods and continuous-improvement techniques relevant to production environments.
• Clear communication skills and the capacity to collaborate across departments.
