Apply and enforce workplace safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the packaging area. Coordinate closely with planning, quality and maintenance colleagues to ensure smooth material hand-over and line readiness. Identify process bottlenecks, propose practical corrective actions and track the impact of implemented changes. Prepare concise daily or shift reports covering production results, incidents and action points for management review. Requirements Proven experience supervising packaging or production teams in an industrial setting. Solid understanding of packaging processes, line equipment and basic manufacturing quality systems. Demonstrated ability to lead shift or sector teams while managing priorities under operational pressure. Competence in problem-solving methods and continuous-improvement techniques relevant to production environments. Clear communication skills and the capacity to collaborate across departments. A technical or production-related qualification is preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
