About the Role
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with our organization, you will join a dedicated all-CRNA clinical team providing anesthetic services across a diverse surgical program. What You'll Do
- Administer anesthesia for a broad range of surgical cases and procedures in an anesthesiology practice
- Conduct thorough preoperative patient assessments and risk evaluations
- Monitor vital signs, oxygenation, and hemodynamics throughout surgical procedures
- Manage airway placement, ventilation, and fluid management
- Provide attentive postoperative recovery and transition care
- Collaborate with surgeons and the anesthesiology team to optimize patient safety and surgical outcomes
- Maintain anesthetic equipment and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
