About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll be an essential member of our healthcare team, providing dignified patient care in a facility that prioritizes quality and compassion. We're seeking dedicated CNAs to support our residents across all shifts, bringing clinical skill and genuine care to every interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Monitor and report vital signs and patient condition changes to nursing staff
  • Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
  • Support infection control protocols and maintain patient privacy
  • Document care activities and observations in patient records
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members

What We're Looking For

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license for Wisconsin
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to assist residents and perform patient care tasks
  • Commitment to providing respectful, patient-centered care
  • Reliability and ability to work assigned shifts
  • CPR certification preferred
